Agent Subscription Policy

This Agent Subscription Policy applies to all agents who subscribe to a paid JomProp plan, including the Gold and Platinum plans and any future plans offered by JomProp.

By subscribing, you agree to this policy, the JomProp Terms of Service, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Upon successful payment, your JomProp agent account will be activated for the subscribed plan. Access to plan-specific features — including agent website creation, listing management, market intelligence tools, hero builder controls, and other features described on the pricing page — is granted from the date of payment confirmation.

Feature availability is subject to the specific plan subscribed. Features included in each plan are described on the JomProp pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

JomProp subscriptions are offered on a fixed-term basis. The current standard period is one (1) year from the date of payment confirmation.

Your subscription expiry date is shown in your agent dashboard. Upon expiry, access to paid features will be restricted until the subscription is renewed.

JomProp will attempt to notify you before your subscription expires. However, it is your responsibility to monitor your subscription status and renew before the expiry date if continued access is required.

JomProp currently operates without a strict listing count limit for active plans. Agents may create and manage listings within their subscription period.

JomProp reserves the right to introduce listing limits in future. Any changes to listing limits will be communicated to affected agents with reasonable advance notice.

Listing moderation rights — including the ability to remove, archive, or reject listings — are described in the JomProp Terms of Service and Listing Disclaimer.

Subscribed agents may configure and publish an agent website on JomProp, accessible via a unique agent page URL and optionally a custom domain.

Agent website features available depend on the plan subscribed. Custom domain connection is available to Gold and Platinum subscribers. Domain purchase and renewal costs are the agent's own responsibility.

Agent website content — including hero images, text, listing catalogue, testimonials, and blog articles — is managed by the agent and is the agent's responsibility to keep accurate and up to date.

JomProp's platform resources are shared across all subscribers. Agents are expected to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.

The following activities are considered outside the scope of fair usage:

• Submitting bulk or duplicate listings for the purpose of occupying search rankings.
• Using JomProp tools to systematically scrape or extract data for third-party systems.
• Automated or bot-driven account activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent listing or feature restrictions.

JomProp reserves the right to suspend or terminate an agent's account and subscription without refund where the agent is found to have engaged in misuse, fraud, abusive conduct, or a serious breach of the Terms of Service or this policy.

Where feasible, JomProp will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before suspension. JomProp may act immediately without notice in cases of serious or wilful misconduct.

Subscription access is activated upon receipt of confirmed payment from JomProp's payment processor. In cases where payment is pending or unconfirmed, access may be delayed until the payment status is resolved.

If you believe your payment was successful but your account was not activated, contact JomProp support at hello@jomprop.com with your transaction reference.

JomProp provides tools and a platform to help agents market their properties and reach potential buyers and tenants. JomProp does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, enquiries, sales conversions, rental placements, or revenue outcomes.

Subscription fees are charged for access to platform features and tools, not for guaranteed business outcomes. JomProp is not responsible for the commercial performance of any individual agent or listing.

Agents may upgrade their plan at any time by paying the applicable top-up or new plan fee. Downgrades are processed at renewal.

JomProp may update plan features, pricing, and availability from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes before they take effect.

JomProp reserves the right to discontinue or restructure plans. Affected subscribers will be given reasonable notice and, where applicable, options to migrate to an equivalent plan.

JomProp administrators may, at their discretion, review, restrict, modify, or remove any content, listing, or agent website feature that is found to be inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, unlawful, or contrary to JomProp platform standards.

JomProp may, in cases of suspected fraud, impersonation, or serious misrepresentation, take immediate action to protect platform integrity and other users. Such action does not entitle the affected agent to a refund.
