Agents are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing the advertisement of property in Malaysia, including but not limited to the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act (VAEA) and any guidelines issued by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
