Common Questions
Can I start with Gold and upgrade to Platinum later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Gold to Platinum at any time. A prorated top-up is calculated based on your remaining subscription days — you pay only the difference in plan value for the time left on your current subscription. Your expiry date stays the same.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
Your listings remain active. Features that require a higher plan will be locked until you re-upgrade.
Is the early bird Gold price locked in?
Yes — agents who sign up at RM 600/year lock in that rate for renewal as long as their subscription stays active.
