Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs refund and cancellation requests for JomProp agent subscription plans. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Overview
This policy governs refund and cancellation requests for JomProp agent subscription plans. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
JomProp reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund and cancellation requests based on the circumstances of each case.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Agent subscriptions on JomProp are offered on a fixed-term basis (typically annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting JomProp support at hello@jomprop.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless an earlier termination is agreed in writing with JomProp. You will retain access to subscribed features until the expiry of the current period.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current subscription term.
3. Renewal and Non-Renewal
JomProp subscriptions do not renew automatically by default. You will be notified when your subscription is approaching expiry and given the option to renew.
If you choose not to renew, your access to paid features — including agent website, listing management, and market intelligence tools — will be restricted at the end of the subscription period. Your listing data and account profile will be retained for a reasonable period after expiry.
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error (see Section 6).
- Your account was not activated within a reasonable period after successful payment due to a JomProp system fault.
- You can demonstrate that you did not receive any access to the subscribed features during the paid period due to a fault on JomProp's part.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You subscribed and used the platform — even partially — during the subscription period.
- You changed your mind after completing payment.
- You did not actively use platform features during the subscription period.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a breach of JomProp's Terms of Service.
- Platform features were temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
- You upgraded from one plan to another — top-up amounts paid for upgrades are non-refundable.
- Promotional or discounted subscription packages, unless a specific refund condition was stated at the time of purchase.
6. Duplicate Payment or Technical Error
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription due to a payment system error, please contact JomProp support at hello@jomprop.com with your transaction reference and payment details.
JomProp will review the case with reference to payment provider records. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Plan Downgrade and Upgrade
If you upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan mid-period, a prorated top-up may be calculated based on your remaining subscription days. This upgrade amount is non-refundable once paid.
Plan downgrades take effect at the time of the next renewal. Downgraded features will no longer be accessible from the renewal date. No refund is issued for the higher-tier fee already paid during the current period.

8. Manual Review by Admin
All refund requests are reviewed manually by JomProp's support team. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
JomProp aims to respond to refund requests within five to ten business days. Complex cases involving payment disputes may take longer.
JomProp's decision on refund eligibility is final, subject to any applicable statutory rights you may hold under Malaysian consumer protection law.
